Next Steps University is a one-day experience focused on calling up and sending out leaders from Calvary Assembly in Rochester, NY. You will gain clarity about who God is and your calling.

This one-day experience will feature interactive teaching times, group activities, passionate worship and more. Our goal is to empower you to connect to our church, equip you to grow through life in community, clarify the strengths of your God-given design, and deliver purpose in connecting others to grace.

Next Steps University is a one-day experience that will expand your view of God, and your view of self. We believe everyone who participates will walk away feeling challenged and clear on what God has next for them.
Session 1: Belonging
→ Find out who we are as a church family.
→ Learn our church’s fundamental beliefs.
→ Understand the purpose and mission of Calvary Assembly, and how you can be a part of it.
Session 2: Life Together
→ Discover the value of experiencing life in a community with other people.
→ Practical wisdom on how to growing and maintaining deep, meaningful relationships.
→ Discuss specifically how to increase connection with others in the context of a church.
Session 3: Calling
→ Grow your capacity to hear the voice of God, and understand how that can change the way you see yourself.
→ Get a more clear picture of your spiritual giftings.
→ Gain confidence in your calling through interactive conversation.
Session 4: Purpose
→ Better grasp the concept of “servant leadership.”
→ Discover serving opportunities within our church family.
→ Draw a connection between what your calling is in life and how you can serve the Kingdom of God through that.
