Update on Dave..
Today was a quiet restful day. He was still having trouble with his speaking- I think the tube being down his throat combined with getting off sedation and a VERY DRY mouth has been making it difficult. We've used yes and no and he certainly does try hard to tell us things.
His dialysis has been rough, and uncomfortable but today
he had it and when it was over..he asked if they had started it...so that's really GREAT!
Tests also came back today that he did not have a stroke.
Praise God!
Not quite sure when physical therapy will see him.,so keep that in prayer.
He's still on oxygen and feeding tube. His heart looks good. They finally got his sugar numbers down to around 200. It isnt great but it's better than 400.

Continued prayers for his kidneys to start working again and strength for him for each day.

He still cant have ice chips or water which he wants.
Pray for strength, healing and courage as Dave goes through this....today he said he wished all of this was over....broke my heart.
